Paved promenade
Start at Table Rock, where a railing runs right along the edge of the Horseshoe Falls and the water slides past close enough to feel the ground hum. It is free and best before the crowds arrive mid-morning. The Table Rock Welcome Centre behind it has washrooms, food and the ticket desk for the tunnels.
